Alsace Cave de Turckheim consistently deliver fabulous wines from the wonderful Alsace region at exceptional prices. Edelzwicker has to be a blend of varieties, in this case Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner and Rieslng which delivers a delicious and complete white wine with delicate green fruit flavours, plenty of fleshy texture and a light, refreshing and savoury finish. Unlike many co-operatives Turckheim have insisted that members reduce all use of pesticides etc in the vineyard to deliver the highest quality fruit. This has paid off over the years with the wines highly praised the world over for their consistent excellence.
