Romanis Hippolyte White 2025

This is essentially is a Corbières blanc, a blend of Roussanne and Marsanne the two local white grapes of the region. The heat of this Southerly location in the Languedoc really translates into the wine, and these grapes can handle it. The colour is intensely golden, and it follows the fruit character steers towards full ripeness; apricot, papaya and peach. A great wine if you’re looking for a white that doesn’t get lost amongst more powerful flavours on the plate.
