The vintage shows bright red berries, wild herbs and a subtle earthy lift, all carried on a light, silky palate with clean acidity and no excess weight. It’s quietly complex rather than forceful, offering purity, freshness and a gentle rustic charm that speaks directly of place and Pérez’s thoughtful, low‑intervention touch.
