Lingot Martin Bugey Chardonnay 2024

A small and rare AOP in eastern France that was once considered part of Burgundy hence the extensive planting of Chardonnay. This is a classy wine showing all the hallmarks of a good white from the Cote d’Or. On the nose there is toasted almonds and hazelnuts with fleshy-fruits and discreet mineral notes combining on the palate, introducing an intense and textured mouth-feel that is lasting and elegant.
