Spanish white made with organically grown grapes, 70% Macabeo, 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Lightly aromatic aromas of peach and passion fruit characterise the nose. With a zesty, citrus fruit feel on the palate. Reasonable weight and an interesting texture delivered by the palate. Finishing with a sherbety burst of fruit.
