Pinard is a French term for an easy drinking wine that boosted morale for infantrymen in the war. This Grenache dominated blend gives a soft wine which has been made as a jovial drink to have with friends. 5 weeks of skin contact maceration and ageing in concrete. A nose with notes of delicious red fruits, raspberry and cherry. Fresh and light on the palate, hints of typical Rhone spice, with discreet, smooth tannins and balanced acidity. Suprisingly fresh and delicate for the Southern Rhone valley.
