Ontanon Rioja Crianza 2022

Produced from 45 year old vines grown on the slopes of the Sierra Yergas, around Quel, just south of the River Ebro in Rioja Baja. Predominantly Tempranillo grown in the La Montesa vineyard, blended with Garnacha from Siete Caminos. Bright ripe aromas of black fruit with hints of liquorice and mocha. Cherry and plum fruit on the palate with acidity and balancing tannins. A very approachable, modern and satisfying Crianza.
