The Caves Co-operative de Saint Mont has established a reputation for unrivalled consistency over the last 10 years and is now one of the best in France. Tannat, Cabernet and Merlot blend. A rich nose of black cherries, blackcurrants and subtle peppery notes. Medium-bodied in texture with flavours of blackberries, cassis and a hint of leather. Refreshing acidity and a long finish make this an excellent food wine.
