The Lapierre family; pioneers of natural Beaujolais and guardians of Morgon’s most soulful Gamay making Raisins Gaulois as their most carefree, fruit‑driven expression of the region.
Drawn from organically farmed Gamay around Morgon and Beaujolais, it’s vinified with the Lapierres’ signature light touch: semi‑carbonic maceration, gentle extraction, and minimal sulphur to keep the fruit vivid and the texture feather‑soft. It’s deliberately unpretentious, a wine made to be opened without ceremony, carrying the same purity and honesty as the domaine’s cru bottlings but with a brighter, more playful energy.
