Château Maledan Blanc 2023

Entre-deux-Mers is both a large subregion and an appellation of the Bordeaux wine region. The name literally translates to "between two seas" in which, the "seas" in question are the rivers Garonne and Dordogne which form the southwestern and northern boundaries of the region. Most of the wine produced in the region is red and can be labelled as Bordeaux or Bordeaux Supérieur, however the AOC Entre-deux-Mers is exclusively reserved for white wine production. The nose delivers intense aromas of lemon, followed by a second layer of white flowers and spices. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and presents citrusy and floral aromas, with pleasant notes of freshly cut grass. One the finish, it is zingy, youthful with a hint of spice.
