Majority Pinot Blanc with a tiny addition of Auxerrois, it offers ripe orchard fruit, peach, nectarine and soft pear with a gentle floral lift and a subtle creamy texture. The 2022 vintage is described as round, expressive and surprisingly dense, yet still easy‑drinking thanks to its soft acidity and clean finish. Made by a family who have been growing wine in Wettolsheim since 1674, and organic since 1984, it’s a versatile, food‑friendly wine that pairs effortlessly with vegetable dishes, tarts, terrines and simple weeknight meals.
