Poggio San Polo
Poggio San Polo - Rosso di Montalcino 2014
Rosso di Montalcino represents a valid alternative to ‘Brunello’ and combines a particular drinkability, savoury character and freshness with a well-crafted structure. This wine is best enjoyed young, but does look fantastic after a couple of years in bottle. This 2013 Rosso di Montalcino has dried red cherries and some licorice aromas and is a relatively forward Rosso best enjoyed with roasted game.
